In what situation would you want to use Icebreaker over your other AHD programs (Carbonite or Basilisk). It doesn't really seem to improve your odds over either of the others.

I feel like I must be missing something.

Icebreaker sets BTS to zero, so against units like the Jotum, Asawira, Father Knight, etc it is quite handy.

Any BTS 6 trooper behind a Firewall is slightly more vulnerable to Icebreaker too.

    Icebreaker: B2, WIP + 0, (1x) Dam 12 vs (BTS=) 0
    Carbonite: B2, WIP + 3, (2x) Dam 13 vs BTS
    Basilisk: B3, WIP + 0, (1x) Dam 13 vs BTS

So against BTS-Monsters like an Interventor or Neema Saatar,
you might want Icebreaker, so they save vs 12 instead of 4.

(And Uhahu has "only" HD+, so no CLAW-3 programs.)

    Edit: Too slow....

I didn't consider the benefit of being able to more easily get through a firewall. That would come in handy.

So I guess it's more to get through things with a BTS above 6.
