I had a game last weekend where I had a cadmus hatching out of LOS because it was an S0 seed at the time. At resolution the cadmus model is placed which makes it S2. Does the placement of the model trigger AROs after the order is executed and resolved.

We played it yes, like with AD.

Yes. The model should be treated as S2 for the full duration of the order.

Autohatch is a Short Movement Skill, so the Cadmus would be able to use Dodge or BS Attack as second part of the order.

Note that this is also how you get a surprise shot off, since you would be starting the order in a marker state.

Important to remember that this is a quality of the Camouflage Marker a Seed Soldier gains from Limited Camouflage and a Cadmus' Decoy state, and not a quality of Seed-Embryo.
Discovers or other effects may deny the Surprise skill...

(According to Surprise Shot/Attack a Marker state other than Impersonation or Camouflage and Hiding Markers has to explicitly allow Surprise skills, which Holo2 and Decoy states do but Seed-Embryo do not.)
