My opponent moves a model close to ZoC of my Veteran Kazak but not in LoF. (6th sense allowing me to ignore the -3 for dodging without LoF).

I'm not certain they are in ZoC yet and can not check (iirc). So I declare Dodge.

How do I resolve if it turns out the model was not in ZoC for the first move, but moves into it in the second order?

I'm assuming the ARO is still legal because they do move into ZoC for the second movement. If they had not done so I would have instead declared Idle.

    That sounds correct to me.

Correct. That's been explicitly ruled by ijw.

We're expecting a clarification from CB regarding ARO timing, which may at least partially overrule some of ijw's rulings. But this one seems unlikely to be overruled IMO.

Yes, because the ARO validity check comes after the second set of AROs.
