I'm thinking about a situation happened during the last match i played. My opponent had one of his model (calle A) giving me the back (so no LoF from that trooper) to the one i was activating with an order (called B). B was in NO LoF of any of his troopers, so he have not the opportunity to declare any Alert. Plus, A and B was too far, so no one was in the ZoC of the other. Said this i can shoot to A with B countless times (well, limited by my order pool) without any possible reaction by him? Since he cannot do a Chnage Facing. Other than Failing a Gut Roll and going prone, obviously.
A trooper that has not ARO'd and has been the target of an attack, or had a trooper in the ZoC attacked, can perform Warning. http://infinitythewiki.com/en/Warning
Thanks a lot, i really missed this. Another question, slightry related. I see that i must "spin" to be able to see my attacker. Same is state to the change facing ARo reaction (even it have different prerequisite). Is possible to do a change facing / rotating with a spin if i cannot trace LoF to the attacker even after i rotate the model? (maybe because he activate in my ZoC but is under the building i'm on top of it and i cannot draw LoF?) or maybe because he used speculative fire
See the FAQ for Change Facing: Q: Can I declare Change Facing if I can not gain LoF to the enemy? A: Yes. Since gaining LoF is not a Requirement for this skill.
Thanks! Rules are really deep and i'm still missing thinkg every time. I need time to learn all the tricky things!
By rotating after being shot you should be able to see from where the attacker shot you That does not mean you are able to draw LoF to the attacker current position
