I am looking to secure my models in a plastic box with an army tray. Does anyone know of any companies that sale plastic or mdf trays with cut out holes to allow models to fit inside.

The difficulty will be having cut-out holes with the small tabs that show 180 degree front arc.

Maybe someone has produced a file for 3D-printing?

Could you describe it with a little more detail?

    Are your bases magnetized?
    Is your army tray magnetized?

For me, at one moment, it was a cheap sheet metal tray that I cut to roughly fit the shape, and brute-force pressed it into a plastic storage box from a DYI store. It is ugly, uneven, but works fine as my WIP box (and it has been many years ago).
