Army ITS Logon Issue

I keep forgetting this sub-forum exists now...

I can log in with my CB id to the forums (obviously) and OTM, but I can't use it with Army, which means I can't create new lists for events. How can I resolve this?

If you already tried the Anonymous window (ctrl+shift+N in both Chrome and Firefox), try changing the account password of your Corvus ID, so that forces the system to change its expectations.

Forcing a password reset seems to have helped. Good call.
