The one from Ice storm is a bit expensive recently i encountrer it from time to time but it is usualy at price cost of Joan from Giraldes book
Almost certainly it's from the increasingly rarer Kotobukiya Jigabachi kit (someday i must stop procrastinating and get one before every store finally runs out of stock), although there are some Tachikoma figures that are about the right scale, there's even one at about the right size that crawls.

As the guy who bought three of those kits, I'm using the Jigabachi models for my 'flightline' table (still WIP, though).
INFINITY JSA: Tachikoma 2 (Proxy Yaopu Pangguling) Finally got this little guy finished for Motoko. These tachikoma models come from the Jigabachi AV helicopter kit made by Kotobukiya. The scale of the kit is 1/75 so it is a little small to properly match 28mm miniature scale 1/58. However this doesn't matter too much since the models still look cool alongside each other. The new packaged version of the kit has 3 Tachikomas in it (the old version only had 1), which make these individual models the priciest I've paid for in my JSA army! Not to matter as it was worth it for the sake of art lol! Blue Tachikoma: Oh God...we're weak and powerless...My fellow Tachikomas and I. Mokoto: That's not true. well they are more of a Heavy infantry im afride ;) CSU looks way to Hassle free - if i would not known this is an actual legal CB mini i would say nice HF mini whay have you not pick up "not Velma " ;)
Heavy infantry: Its' true his bulk is like heavy infantry and he took about as long to paint. He' just a heavy gut infantry lol! CSU: She is very minimal in detail its true, like hastlefee I suppose, but there is something nice about the minimalism of her sculpt.
