Hi guys I'm working since 1 month on board customization for my Defiance game and I'd like to share them with you.
On this post i'll share my AI/Unit Board used to setup quickly my ennemy Unit Cards and AI Cards
You can find the rest of my customization on google drive:

The goal is to have something like this to manage specialization Cards:

Not the best solution but when you get so much card to manage it can save time.
    Default:
    • Arguably takes more space
    • Can't flip/tap cards easily (use of tokens to track flip/tap
I built it with simple Cardboard from packaging:
    • A base
    • Left/bottom/spacers made of 2 to 3 layers.of Cardboards
    • Top and last bottom layer are larger and keep the cards in place. Card Holder are stored with the Specialization Cards inside between games.

I don't really think you need all these speciality cards layed out in front of you, after 1-2 games you already know what you have, they just lying around for reference. If you need to be able to rotate them, maybe something with a one side slit will do? Or something like a folding cardholder? Can even make it fold at an angle.

    Actually, here's another thought:
You might save some space if you keep all the character cards together. Make a character tray, something like Zombicide ones:
