It often serves as a safe haven for lunatics, radical activists, and fringe organizations a little too wild for the norms of even a place like Human Edge. Now the self-proclaimed ruler of MiniChicago has gone missing, presumed kidnapped. Multiple cabals are claiming to have kidnapped him, for contradictory reasons and with impossible demands. And outside agitators are riling up loyalist groups to take action, but to what ends? Rewards are posted and now bounty hunters, pirates and corsairs from around Human Edge are flocking to MiniChicago, and the whole place is about to blow.
