While mounted, does the trooper have access to the dismounted equipment and skills? If not - as described on page 37 it looks like they should be not considered, how does yojimbo use his minelayer(must he start dismounted next to the bike?)?
Yojimbo's lack of Minelayer on the mounted profile has been confirmed to be a bug in the Army bug reporting thread.
