Esteemed @theGricks, and indeed, all Humanity, We are glad the Humans of theGrick's following have approached us about this issue as we admit we require your Combined insight to understand a perplexing facet of Human interchange. Allow us to apprise you as best we can. Like you, we were puzzled by the sudden appearance of our relief aid volunteers, originally en route to the Humanitarian Aid Centre at Bhai University Campus with Human refugees from the more dangerous Quantum Anomaly Zones, in Lorena. However, an immediate internal investigation revealed that our teams were each approached by highly argumentative Humans claiming their needs were greater and very urgent. As it is imperative to our Prime Directive to furnish such beleaguered Humans with the help they so desperately needed, judgment was made to follow these humans to neutralise the QAZs surrounding the Bois Bleu Gate. Further investigations showed that, while our technicians and their escorts were permitted entry, this group of Humans from Lorena refused access to the Human refugees we were shepherding. We could not simply leave our wards defenseless, and so offered a compromise to split our escort. This reasonable course of action further angered the Humans from Lorena, who insisted all of our force protect only them, and furthermore began reaching their fore-hands to seize the Quantum Anomaly containment devices, which as you know are very delicate and very precious. When some of our teams deemed it would be best to resume march to Bhai, the Humans from Lorena grew more opposed and began demanding to make their request directly to each officer's direct superior. The situation has not only created delays in our chain of command, but also now results in a concentration of our Combined volunteers in Lorena, which you have noted. It is now our understanding that Lorena is where you nest the important members of Humanity on this planet, and while we understand the importance of protecting such individuals, in our Federation of Combined Worlds, we believe that all sentient life has the right to freedom and protection, not just the elite.
