Realistically, this data would be really hard to refine into anything useful – there's so many factors that skew it
Did we ever get any faction tier in infinity (except of Nomads/Ariadna being top ones according to history, with new Aleph pretendent) ? (and MO being "hell mode" ;P )
Really depends on the missions but this would be a good starting point. But I think we've seen to less lists with a Croc Men FO till now.
If I remember correct: Place/number of players. The lower the number, the higher the faction rating in general.
You don't think this stuff is really hard to quantify because some factions are more popular than others, and in turn see more success because of that? I suppose that's a bit of a chicken and the egg type situation but I feel as though "newer" armies would probably skew this data as well because they attract more people simply by being new instead of any real merit to them. Due to the nature of the game player skill is also such an important factor and probably the most difficult to quantify. I feel as though rounding up the top 20 players from each region and asking their opinion would probably have more weight than looking at the numbers as a whole.
Starco is one of the faction who aren't used very often in tournaments. Therefore it seems to be independent of the prevalence.
once again - you don't think that hurts the numbers of a potential tier list? If only one or two very skilled players consistently play with them and they're by and large the only sample size that makes it appear as though Starco is more powerful than they actually are
