So... After the first Tournament in our region I want to give you a little summary: We were 6 Players on 3 nice Tables and all of us had their first tournament. The first round was Assault and it feels like a normal A! game just with a chess clock ticking at your side. After a little meal brake we started with Conquest in round 2. Now there was a tournament feeling! People were getting more emotional, the matchups harder and more tactical. In the last round we played King Of The Hill and so a high frag round started! Every roll was crucial and the tournament got a high pace ending after a lot of fun! The next tournament at the end of the year is already planned and we hope that this was a great start for a competitive community here in Cologne :) I have just one question: Can someone explain the elo system and k faktor to me? The winner of the tournament is ranked lower on the AGL site than other participants of the tournament even though it was everyones first tournament... How is this possible?
