Pheasant deserves PH12. Would improve their CC ability, and make the stun grenades profile more viable too.
Agree with all of this. I really, really rate stun grenades as a weapon, but at PH10 its really just a no-go.
I guess the other option is the same treatment as NCA, where there's a chapter of blackfriars on Varuna too.
