He's doing 1 of two things, as I see it. 1: Turning away, so he doesn't have to watch the inevitable result of high velocity projectile v human flesh, so he can also use that to justify his job "I do not recall that happening. I didn't see anything." Or. 2. He was recruited from an army from *that other game* and was a plasma gunner. He's waiting for it to go *foom* on him.
Either that or he's looking in comedy shock at something shiny through a shop window. "2 for 1 on space toilet paper! I'm definitely coming back later to take advantage of that deal!"
Painted him! Needs another coat of satin varnish but pretty happy for a couple of hours work at my level.
You, sir, are my god damn hero and a linguistical genius. I think I found my new favourite descriptive adjective.
Got me the Order Sergeant box for some missing minis<>profiles and planed to make some weapon swaps. First idea was to give the Spitfire OS body the hacker arms, but the scale between male and female body parts is way out of line. So i changed the arms between the HRL and the SP Order Sergeant: Some green stuff work and the are ready for the paint station.
I wanted to give my Sekban Freteam a dedicated Doctor, so I did a tiny little job on a BSG Sekban model (shown next ot a complete, painted BSG Sekban): The gun arm is omitted for ease of painting. Parts used: head: Corregidor Jaguar backpack kit (pouch and can below it): Eisenkern Stormtrooper Accessory Set helmet on the belt: Sekban's original head.
What's this thread doing on the second page? Converted a Sineater Spitfire for a friend with the new HMG Sineater and an old style spitfire from a tourney pack. He still needs some putty but is otherwise finished.
You could always go with the Wu Ming with heavy rocket launcher, although you'll have to convert pretty much all her armor and her gun to look like PanO made. Another route you could take is getting the new Magister Knights with the panzerfaust or rocket launcher, and just adding more plating on top (and swapping the whole helmet if you're like me and love to have the right looks for the trooper you want to convert).
Updated a few old miniatures (daylamis and the old mutt and muyib) with a few weapon and head swaps, using warlord, hasslefree and puppetswar parts. Also made some Halqa proxies using puppetswar troops and some leftovers and converted weapons. Lastly, Cut up my new mutts to have the 2 carrying chain rifles. Pretty happy with the results.
