Using Contender with Kozmo against Targets covered by Smoke

    The latest Blog by Jesus Fuster reminded us that a Contender shot by Kozmo would add an extra :,: against a target Dazzled or in a space with Smoke because of Kozmo's Automatic skill of Multispectral Visor.
    He then went on to mention the synergy with Hannibal's Pointman. I can understand that the Contender shot by Kozmo against a Dazzled enemy in Hannibal's LOS would roll :,::,::,: but if the enemy target is in a space with Smoke I believe that Hannibal would not have LOS and so could not add the extra :,:. Please correct me if I misunderstand.
