Pretty much this. A Hexa or a Bulleteer in good range has a very decent chance of taking that PFaust Druze down. Bulleteer with Supportware is outright deadly.

Still, it's a very versatile fireteam.

Saito is the linchpin the team. What better way to deal with Swiss Guard or Su Jian? I don't think this is quite optimal but theres so much choice its hard to pick what to use.

What I'm thinking is the panzerfaust with Fatality and X-visor have no negative range band and hits with AP+Explosive at Damage 15. Add Burst 2 and if your still at 5 men you got the +3 to BS.
That's pretty sweet for 25 points.
    A decent ARO tool.

Sensors and lots of EXP stuff, pretty classic. Bringing some fire and couple of E/Ms around are pretty good.

Oh, since we can easily saturated the whole midfield with repeaters, couple of HD/AHD/KHD ( for those SG HD) might be fun as well.

My buddy and I were brainstorming a few things, mostly regarding Gromoz.

We ended up deciding Gromoz is the best option for buffing units (vs the Kameel). We also came to the conclusion that her best Fireteam location might possibly be a Duo with an ABH. So you throw the orders on the ABH as it moves up-field killing things or clearing an area while Gromoz is getting free movement towards whatever objective you'll need to grab or buton you need to push.

She's not benefiting much from being in any of the other big Fireteams. When she's throwing out buffs, she's a liability. So a smaller team seemed ideal. Something to move up the board efficiently, while still laying some fire.

As for how to kit out the Druze and/or Brawlers link, we don't completely agree. But there is SOOO much flexibility in the link set-up, it's really going to be mission dependent.

I'm a-okay with having Gromoz hide in back as a Druze link member, lobbing Pitchers on occasion and 6th Sense L2 Hacking those stealth targets trying to move through the Repeater network. The 5-man bonuses really help her ability to land a pitcher, she can help keep the link at 5-man once your Druze heavy weapons starting getting killed, plus she can reload from baggage.

I'll probably leave the midfield objective running to the Pathfinders and Hunzakuts. Hunzakuts are incredible...

Interesting seeing other people's lists with things I wouldn't even consider. Personally, I'm can't resist that linked X-visored E/M LGL, just making a nightmare for any HI/TAG/REMs on the table. Double HMG seems interesting, but it's hard to pass up a Clipper ML, or a Brawler HRL, let alone a sniper. Brawler Haris teams also seem interesting, but I wish they had a higher burst weapon option, like a Spitfire or Red Fury, I'll probably rarely use their Haris and stick to Duos.

Yeah, Double HMG might not be the best option. Getting that Clipper ML or Brawler HRL is probably better.

I honestly like the idea of more than two heavy weapons in the Druze link. With tools like Bashi, Saito, Hunzakut, Pathfinders... Your midfield presence is pretty well taken care of. So I'm going to fold most of my SWC into heavy weapons in that Druze link to control the long lanes. There isn't a ton of smoke in the force, so I think outshooting the opponent is going to be pretty critical. The nice thing about a 2nd HMG too (either Sierra or Druze) is that you don't have to deploy it with the link. Either. Set up the link in one corner, telegraph to your opponent where most of your gunfighting threats will be, then drop your 2nd HMG somewhere else as your reserve placement. Crossfire from opposing corners is a great way to lock lanes and work angles. A 2nd Druze HMG is still a threat without being linked.

So, for now, this new army it's making me spend hours in the army builder , it's very interesting and, despite few options, I belive could be funny.
Hunzakut are amazing 'cause with their deplo rep are extremely functional for KHD.
Three weeks ago I bought the old druzes, just to expand my Haqqi army, maybe it was a sign of destiny .

I'm newly returned the game, but this was a list I was tinkering with - any thoughts very welcome.

The extra REM's are for cheap order generation and to try and maximise on the targeted state and the missile launcher, as well as speculative fire. I could easily change the sniper with msv to a heavier weapon based on the anti-camo tech within the list which would take the SWC cost up. My initial though on this was being able to use Saito with smoke and MSV to take out annoying ARO pieces covering objectives, and is also potentially a better ARO model in itself with the link bonuses and msv vs surprise/camo etc

I think it's a functional list. If it were me, I'd drop the EVO (you have Valerya, and I'm not sure the list needs two standard hackers.) Those points could buy another heavy weapon for your link, and (just as importantly) a 6th linkable body so that you can keep your 5-man bonuses once you lose a heavy weapon. That Brawler, unfortunately, can't link while he's got the Nasmat attached to him. But I think trading the EVO for a Druze HMG is going to do you a lot of good.

I might also shuffle things around slightly to get your Hunzakut in two separate Order pools. You do have Saito in the big group, so he's definitely happy to receive a lot of Orders, but I think both Hunzakut will feel order starved in that small pool.

If you do decide to keep things as they are... Don't forget a Warcor with those 3 points!

    Overall though, a fine list.

Cheers Barakiel, the thought behind the Evo was the bonus for Sat Lock to maximise the benefit of the smart missile launcher and the LGL, also allows to run different programmes for the REM's. I haven't tried it but in my head being able to ignore the -6wip whilst Sat locking with such a tight order pool seemed beneficial, and although people may reset this would make it a F2F roll against Wip 13 rather than a 7 so still good odds.

The Warcor is an excellent shout, thank you.

I think i'l try both lists out and see how they do, I am attending my first tournie in January which s a 2 list event and this was put together with Frontline and Quadrant Control missions in mind, my other list to cover Firefight which I am still working on.

You don't see the lone Warcor as a liability when going first?

I'm playing vs USARF tomorrow in Anhiliation. I figured I'd try this (based mostly on what I happen to own already):

Looks like the updated Druze and Anaconda profiles have been rolled out to everyone.

Druze Sniper and Paramedic options are still unique, as are the Specialist Saito and Bashi.

HRL Joe, Dumb Missile Clipper, and Regular ABHs look to be DBS only too (well, ISS still have regular ABHs).

No, its easy enough to just NOT take the warcor when it matters. :P I think I only included the warcor out of habit. lol

As for your list, it looks good. Tell us how your game goes.

This whole post and my own ideas are making me giddy. I am going to have to play one or two games with these guys to sate my excitement when I get back home then go back to playing Hassassin. That Clipper in a link with Markmanship Level 2 is soooo good. I love a lot of stuff about this Sectorial. The amount you can do and the amount of choices you have really are astounding given the limited unit choice.
