Not sure this is exactly the right place for the thread, but typography is surely an art all its own. I'm wondering at what fonts people have found useful in preparing material for Infinity? There are plenty of futuristic ones out there, but does anyone have some particular favourites that seem to match or fit above the rest? For things like preparing printouts for custom scenarios with an ITS-esque look? For detailing on fanart or posters to decorate terrain?
I use "Bauhaus 93" for the headlines. For the body I use "Calibri" 9pt and the the titles "Tahoma" 10pt. That's gives it some ITS-esque look - see the attached example. Would be courious what others are using.
That ends up looking pretty great! My own attempts to match the ITS 'look' had settled on the Induction font for titles, though its definitely not an exact match. I definitely like the look of Calibri for the maintext!
PTsans is the font CB used to use. Now it seems they use Sisco for the main text. They are using the Iceland font and the Russo font in some circumstances too. Depending upon which PDf viewer you use, it is possible to look under File> Properties>Fonts and see what fonts are a part of the pdf. (For those who did not know.) Whatever you do, do not use Goudy Medieval or Caslon Antique. ;)
You can also copy some text, paste it in Word and it shows you the name of the font used, despite of not having it installed.
Agreed that they're using some Iceland and Russo, and usually Sisco for main body text; they're also using Zrnic for small blue headers.
