Since NA2 replaced the Mercs section, I will ask this here: What new Mercenary units or characters would you like to see? Me? I'd like to see a mercenary Dog-Warrior unit. Domovoi can't be the only 'generic' Dog-Warrior who escaped from Ariadna! Can be exactly the same profile as the Ariadnan Dog-Warrior, probably AVA1 (or AVA0, so 1 every 200pts of army) to represent rarity. Dogface: 4-4MOV CC19 BS10 PH14 WIP12 ARM1 BTS0 W1 S2 DogWarrior: 6-4MOV CC21 BS10 PH16 WIP12 ARM3 BTS0 W2 S6 X-Impetuous, Irregular, Transmutation, V: Courage, Total Immunity, Super Jump 2 Chain Rifles, Grenades, Smoke Grenades, AP CCW 27|0 Maybe an option for a heavy shotgun for ~36 points?
Not exactly new but I'd love to see updated Kaplans, possibly with a named character leading them. As for the dog warrior, make it Laika and give her a different loadout to the generic Ariadnan ones, so they get to keep their uniqueness. Maybe a specialist operative with light shotgun, two chain colts and adhesive grenades or something crazy like that.
A proper Merc HI is definitely missing. Brigadas are ok, but something available to all factions is missing. No idea how to make it distinguished from other standard HI tho? And yes Kaplan need there own Sectorial, maybe in combination with Sforca? Haqq standard REMS plus Karakuri? Regarding characters we already have a ton. The Hawkwood Recreation might be cool as a Strategos unit, I guess, but besides from that everything is already more or less covered.
I'd like to see StarCo get some kind of search-and-rescue themed specialist choice, kinda along the lines of the Cube Jager, but give them doctor and engineer profiles and drop the mono. Or just give them Hakims. Same thing really. Some more Kaplan variants would also be really good.
Why aren't Geckos everywhere? Just leave it AVA1 and/or remove Duo to keep in unique for Correg. Even cooler would be a unique Pilot profile for each merc faction. edit: before you disagree imagine a Rising Sun painted Gecko that has a CC oriented Pilot.

There are a few I'd like to see: A full Yuan Yuan pirate mercenary gang, led by the Fat Yuan Yuan. A Robin Hood style Merc outfit seeking to right a wrong - perhaps rivals to Ikari, with a lot of infilitration and impersonation toys, plus lots of long range. Of course Kaplans. And finally, a professional Corregidor Merc outfit would be cool.
I dig it! Yeah, that'd be cool. I only have 5 Yuanyuans, though: fats (ok, 6 if you count both fattyy sculpts), battlefoam, Red Veil, and the two old yuanyuans.
I only have 5 but I'd be willing to covert more, and I'd like to know more about the Yuan Yauns - do all of them get jetpacks? What about the pirate scum who don't have one yet? Do they use Meteor Zonds? Hellcats? Brawlers? Does the fat one make the rest Regulars? The Human Sphere wonders ...
