I've seen this before and it came up today in a game I played, but I can't find anything specifically about this.

When a hacker uses a full order program (for example, Assisted Fire) in a link team, do the other members idle, or does the hacker break from the link? I have read previously he breaks, but wasn't able to find anything about it in the rules or wiki. Can someone explain where I can find the rule for this?

Please keep in mind that the fire team rules changed a few times for this edition so far.
The rules at the start of the edition were that most 'entire order' skills would break the link. So depending on when what you read was written, that's how it worked. 2nd edition fireteam rules, or even the transitional rules used in early N3, would just cause unnecessary pain to try to explain or understand. :-/

Human Sphere N3 revised the fire team rules.

If you look at the Fireteam skill classifications, http://infinitythewiki.com/en/Fireteams_in_the_Active_Turn#FIRETEAM_ORDER:_SKILLS_CLASSIFICATION
'Entire Order' hacking skills are going to fall under the Support Skills classification.

"When declaring Support Skills, only the Team Leader performs the roll and applies the effects. The rest of the Fireteam members do not perform any Roll or apply their effects, but they give the Team Leader certain bonuses determined by the number of Fireteam members."

That isn't technically the same as Idle for everyone else, but it's similar.

It was changed so you can declare long orders without being ejected from the fireteam, somewhere (FAQ or fireteams, on HSn3). As per the rules, all fireteam "declare" the same action (the leader performs, the others "support" or "idle"), so all the team generate ARO.

So for example if you have a link of 2 AHD Myrmidons, Hector and whatever, and you declare Spotlight with one of the hackers as one of the short orders, a hidden deployment hacker can pop up and ARO whatever he wants: KHD against the other myrm hacker or AHD against that one or Hector, because all the fireteam broke Stealth.

And for the other part, Valerya can, while linked, provide supportware to the guided missile launcher (Fugazi?) without messing the fireteam, but just generating ARO (for her and whoever she is linked with, since she links with whoever she wants with the druze).
