The best solution (for the players/customers) would be optional parts for the SWC weapons to replace them with the other options or the common weapons of the profile (pistols, CCWs etc). The Caledonian 3rd Grey HMG is close to the right idea, but the second weapon to go with the sword could have been a shotgun or a pistol.

Semi-related, but I don't know why people keep saying future releases for JSA - it's a sectorial, not a main faction, and as a sectorial it is pretty feature complete. The Mormaer looks like a right-handed shooter holding his gun shooting left-handed for reasons of tactical consideration rather than correct shooting-range pose. Not sure I'd want to be the creative director approving such a thing for a static model, but it'd work well in an animation or comic book.
Except that the belt feeds from the wrong side (unless you like having hot shells ejecting towards you).
It does seem like someone hit the "mirror" button when compiling the model and nobody noticed. And now they are rolling with it. In regards to hot shells, I mean he is a super over built Teseum armored Heavy Infantry, is a little hot brass really going to bother him when he can shrug off bullets?
Well, unless his armor is airtight, a little hot brass can make one feel like he'd rather get shot. Hot brass doesn't meet the armor head-on like enemy bullets, and if one gets under your clothes - getting it out from under all that Teseum is going to be HARD.
It's belt fed, so presumably the ejection mechanism will eject a belt with empty casing instead of ejecting the casing from the belt as well as the gun.
Mmmm... No? "belt fed" is seldom used even nowadays, it's more like a chain where the bullets are slotted... and sometimes its even using the bullets as part of the chain (so ejecting the case will "break" the belt, allowing unimpeded movements at the cost of recycling the belt).
Its called a disintegrating belt. A lot of modern light machine guns (and a couple heavy IIRC) use this type of belt mechanism. Not really new tech.
That's my point, the "belt feed so the casings won't hit the soldier" won't work as an explanation, because it's something easy to make and it already existed when Ariadna left Earth.
