Hi ! There is an active community playing in both Rotterdam and Utrecht. There are some players in Amsterdam, but they mostly go to Utrecht or Rotterdam to play. Regular beginner-friendly tournaments are being organised in Rotterdam, by the Dutch warcor. Very friendly guy, feel free to contact him though the corvus belli website / warcorlist.
