After spending a hour to upload all my broken pictures in my thread again ( What the hell, why they deleted???), i just want to share my current stuff. My new Haqqislam Project. Al Fasid with red copper in sunny califo....bourak. This time not shiny but scratchy
ye Nice .... one thing i kicked my self in the ass for this many times - leather pouch is way to clouse in colour to rest of copper armour but i like how yu implement this "orange copper glow " to a dilver / grey areas - real copper "radiate " this copper glow to surrondings things making them a bit orange tinted - good job :) o and Yellow eyes - completly meld with area
Thanks mate. I think it took me 15 hours. I was really fast xD. Yeah i like the terracotta too. Basetone is Terracotta Red from Vallejo Game Air.
First airbrushed. Later painted with brush as glaze/layer. I love it to glaze with game air/ model air colors. They are high pigmented and flow very well. I mixed it with cokum copper from scale fantasy and games range and highlighted with ivory. The airbrush is a fast way to apply shadow, mid and highlights in a very abstract but clean look . But the real work begins after that, to harmonize all this. Working out the shadows, intense the midtones and variations, place strong highlights, scratches. When i finished, there is not much airbrushed surface left.
So foking random - first i c glitched links , after reaload a hotlink and after another pictures pop up .. sa A ML dud - i like green - reminds me of completly different game Confrontacion and a bit of Nurgle .. - lenses in helmet now stand on good :) and leather melds with armor .. but that i already mentioned Hassasin Frayday - i like it and im not gona pick on enything - good job i paint mine completly different - way to much time spend plaing Hollow Knight .. have i posted it on forum .. ?? need to check and if not repost :P and ye a green tint in NMM create nice contrast with rednes of copper - if somebody think i have not noticed ;)
That is an awesome Copper NMM style. It really shows how you pay very close attention to all the little details until the miniature is finished.
