Running on Android, post-update to the mobile app, Army seems to be unable to load a saved list, whether from local or ITS saved sources. It opens the correct faction, but just sits at a "loading" message and never populates the list information. As a side note, the updates to profiles still seem to be behind. Edit: Seems that some profiles were updated and others were not. Keesan in Tohaa is still showing old information.
Having exactly the same issue. Apparently it was a beta version. I've just opted out of the beta test programme and will re download and see if that cures the problem.
