Yesterday's jam That was a hell of a concert full of good energy. It's amazing how just the two of them can make a full place jump. And this morning I woke up to find this in my mailbox
Either you went bed late or fall of it early I was about to post it after yesterday gig report So opening was Grove Not my usual kind of thing but I have to admit she was not out of place and she quickly get the public rally her cause. She grew up with London's clubs sound and some obvious influences (Prodigy anyone?) can be quickly spotted. Then the massive elephant in the room: S.A. So massive that Shirley quickly told us that she complains to them "How are we supposed to follow up when you open for us this way?" And yes, I honestly wonder what was coming next, but I also remembered that this is not their first common tour. For those who never experienced Garbage on stage, be sure it's nothing quiet as the clips can suggest. These was an evening full of hangry female singers in the good way.
Actually not to late for me! But I was going to be up late anyway since there was a holiday here. Garbage was one of my favorite bands in the 90s and still listen to them once in a while. Ningen Isu is pretty good. I've heard them a few times.
Yesterday's concert opened with Bokassa A Norwegian band I never heard of before and it's definitely a miss. Beside the musical side, those guys are just my kind of people, enjoying being on stage doing their thing. Spoiler: Look at those faces And then comes the main dish **Clutch** You know why you're here, they know why they're here, so let's cut the small talk shit and enjoy it all together. Mandatory cowbell solo obviously. Pure club tracks set-list and closing with this one(yeah. I know; It's a cover, blablabla. Still that the way it goes) The concert race is now in the last line with the long awaited one next week. 8 days to go.
