Well news could be next week but they are cutting it pretty close. With something like a premier of a new set you want to give people a good amount of time to know about it before it's on sale.
Mounthaven preorder opens Tuesday, having news on an Adepticon product for Infinity the week after gives two weeks before the event, with a preorder perhaps to run from the first day of Adepticon and then for 2-3 weeks.
It could be an attempt to not have conflicting promotions between Infinity and Warcrow. I thought we'd see at least one more video on Mounthaven though. Probably next week.
This is interesting. Two general releases besides the ITS box is quite thin. That is actually a very normal setup for if there is a big convention release. But it’s so weird that there’s been no word about that. We have confirmation that a two player box is coming this year but I don’t recall CB saying that it was specifically Adepticon. It’s definitely a weird set of circumstances though. On a side note I dig the Haqq flyer. It’s different enough from the Dune inspired one it can stand on its own design wise. And the new Fennec and Drummer sculpts are nice as well. Nice to finally see an official thunderbolt on an S2
I had hope for the tournament pack, but in my opinion its disappointing. The Mechazoid did not offer a better pose, indeed I think its a bit worse then the regular one. And then: Hsien with HMG. Why? Why not MMR - the only missing one? So i don`t need either of the special minis in it. The 2nd Haq flyer looks good. Still not get it, why they need two but hey - I don`t play Haq. While the Pan O upgrade set looks nice its a bit stinky to release a box of two bots and one controller first and then offer another one with 3rd bot. The Fusilier looks cool. Which website? I do not see any of this on the CB shop. So yeah a very quite release at the event time.

I'm pleasantly surprised by the PanO box, another Drummer and one of the most useful missing Fennecs is a good deal
I’m surprised by the PanO. It could be because it’s PanO but, but they have been coming out with new sectorals and re-dos but stop coming out with other profiles fast. We will see if Senku gets anything. I don’t know anyone that uses Senku troops. Fennec I understand because they are a better troop with a better weapon, with better team options. The only other Shinden troops I think would be good are Shizoku HRL, Tankuki hacker, and Jizmurai Thunderbolt or E/Mitter. And still no news on anything for Adepticon. Hopefully tomorrow or or the next.
Seku have HMG and MMR options the later would be a nice to have. In total we have three Jizamurai, the extra weapons are not visibile, but we have enough. Shizoku HRL is indeed a nice to have and Tanuki Hacker is even more important a very good toolbox that can´t be isolated. So I guess we have our box of three ;-) Maybe it features mostly Warcrow. Our two player box might come in autum.
having only 2 product for preorder, plus the ITS event box, i want to believe that it's still something unnanounced. I dont think it will be the new book, that will arrive with the 2 player box in Gencon. Adepticon historicaly is for single faction Action Packs.
Yet again, bad marketing from CB. If they had just told us that there was not going to be anything special for Infinity for Adepticon, we would fine. But because they didn't, and we are used to seeing something at Adepticon, it's going to create a lot of disappointment for non-warcrow playing, infinity players. Especially when it was expected to have either QK, or USARF re-do.
