No matter what. I say you need to test it. See what happens. Try a game with regeneration, then do one where embryos count as regular orders.

So far we have for Overall Shasvastii:

1. Make embryos regular orders
2. All or most Shasvastii have regeneration
3. Increase Surprise Attack to -6
4. Add Decoy to more troops

Some that I'm adding:

1. More Forward Deployment and/or Strategic Deployment
2. More Albedo
3. More White Noise
4. Allow troops to ignore Exclusion zones
5. Add Plasma Sniper

For specific Troops:

Taiga

1. Give back DTW

Haiduk

1. Delete Sapper
2. Add Nanoscreen with Mimetisim and/or Albedo

Cadmus

1. Make Decoy (2)
2. Remove Morpho-Scan
3. Add Meta-Chemistry (Re-Roll)
