I threw together some bits to make a Gecko with multi-marksman rifle
[IMG]. I use little 2 shot 'pod' launchers mounted on the shoulders to remind me they have them.
The other bit was making a new CCW for the old metal Scarface model I have. Modelled on the cut-down rotor blade sword from "Edge of Tomorrow".

I don't think it warrants being called a conversion, but I'm not going to start a new topic to present it.

(also, sorry for the shoddy photo...).

    The problem I had:
a number of models got Holoecho, but also Decoy without accompanying Camo state.

With Decoy, I should be then placing two examples of a given figure on the table. Some people do it with 3d-printed copies of a given model. Dunno if anyone buys actual copy of a model for that purpose...
I also wanted to have Holoprojector market depicting the exact troop they belonged to, in case i had more than one Holoecho model on table.

    Solution:
I've taken photos of my models (so, the paint scheme matches!) cut the background off, pasted them into Silhouette-adequate rectangles (that's why Sforza's holoechos are much smaller than his mini here...), added labels and markings (in hindsight, this turned unnecessary, but...) and printed them on acetate (kudos to my local print shop!). Then inserted them into bases with appropriate tokens glued on top of them.

...BTW I made myself a set of Camo tokens in the same technology (using patches of various camouflage patterns downloaded from internet).
