I have been working on this and wanted to post it after N5's release. Since the ETA on that is tentative, I decided to post this so I can get a review of the system. As I want to make sure the structure is good before I post the full thing. Please review to see what you think of it and areas that may be improved. Note: I attempted to attached PDFs of the two sheets, but the Forum would not allow it.
I have Updated the system to Version 2. It includes Aerial Units, for simplicities sake, they work the same as Remotes and TAGs. I have also altered some After Action Events.
I have created an additional option for this system in the form of Operational Fields. These represent special additions depending on the Planet that you are fighting on. I have only included the 8 planets for the time being. I have not included any of the recently discovered worlds as I am largely working with Lore from the RPG books. These Operational Fields Include Environmental Effects that give specific bonus to the local Faction and hazards to both sides. Alternative After Action Events that are specific to the Planet. Quick Reference Included A Bonus Objective for to be added to the mission, as stated Objective Points still cap at 10
I've cleaned up and corrected some spelling errors and clarified some points but nothing major to the system. The Operational Fields have been expanded to included two additional planets.
I just wanted to clarify that that when creating an Agent any Spec Op options from the faction can be used. I'm bringing this up because some of them are locked in sectorial in the Army App. For Example: Pan O can have a Fusilier, Fennec Fusilier, or an Orders Sergent. I just noticed this recently in the App and wanted it rectified.
Update to the System Addressed the issue about the Army App directly in the rules Added Fireteam Section to the rules Added Tohaa specific Skills / Equipment to the Generic Skills section. Replaced a few of the After-Action Encounters with a few more flavorful ones and altered a few. Corrected a few errors that I found while I was working on these.
Major Update (Well, a Visual one). Error: I will post the file later as the Forums refused to upload it. Added artwork to make it visually appealing (All art assets are from the Infinity TTRPG by Modiphius). Corrected some odd text' Added Appendices to the end of the document: 1.) The Operational Fields 2.) Lost Units. Lost Units: Added some profiles from some of the discontinued Sectorials. ACON Regular Varuna Kamau Caledonian Volunteer Merovingian Metro NeoTerra was not added as many of their units are available in Vanilla Pan O. Note: Used the Chain Rifle / Light Shotgun Profile for the Volunteer to make it different from the Metro

I made an expanded list of After-Action Events. The new list includes 60 possible events, so now 3D20's are rolled. The reasoning behind this is that for anyone who didn't want to use the Planetary addendum can still encounter the special encounters from that section. I have also filled in the gaps with some new ones to make things more interesting.
