How should I understand "repeat dice"?. Take two from the last roll, roll them and apply the effect or literally take two dices as they are and apply the result?
Repeat dice is under Terms and Keywords of the rulebook (pg 339). It's an unnecessarily confusing way of saying "reroll."
The headings are "Repeat a die" and "Repeat a roll." In both scenarios, you reroll whatever you're instructed to reroll.
