    DefectiveDice interviewed warsenal.
    https://forum.corvusbelli.com/threads/latest-warsenal-products.26373/page-3#post-483685

    Summary:
    - There will be pre-painted scenery for Warcrow; the theme should be consistent with upcoming releases.
    - The token sets will be updated for N5.
    - There's a story that the Cosmica scenery might be re-released as pre-painted scenery.

IMO Kestrel expansion beta and gamma are for different customers. Beta is for Kestrel players, but generic PanO does not have Jackal ava. On the other hand, Gamma has magistrate, griffin, and Black AIR, which are all usable profiles for generic PanO.

EDIT: Dang it. My ARMY did not update. Sigh.

Well. That really hurts Khawarijs. Their hyper mobility gave them a niche.

I recon that moving 35 cm (14") in a single movement is funny, but maybe a bit OP

I dont get it. I can understand why they felt a need to reduce for example the seraphs potentially 16" move per activation with super-jump 8". But why not reduce it to Super-jump 6" for example? Gives you two options, either just move normally with the possibility to claim cover or add another 2 inches by jump-jump with the drawback of not being able to claim cover.

Now what are you supposed to do with a super-jump of 3"? Thats barely the width of the base. Is that meant to enable shenanigans in order to increase the silouette by jumping and then shooting down onto somethin (eg. at a rooftop)?

You actualy read the pdf? Super Jump is now: First Mov value + 2" (or the value in brackets). Seraph jumps 9" with first skill, then can not jump again, but move normaly if it wishes.

He flew to close to the sun...

But updates are not so fatal as Windows updates. For now.

Hah no, I did not read the PDF, should have done that though ^^ thanks for clarifying that for me. I was tired and also a little bit drunk and I couldnt make sense of the changes because I didnt think that they would change the whole jump/super-jump rule. But now it all makes sense.

Overall I am really satisfied with the changes, also regarding the turrets and speedball. Good job CB :)
They really nuked the turrets, the only viable use for them now that I see would be as a guard against AD-DZ troopers. Aside from that most turrets just arent good enough to justify paing the extra points for them/taking the profile that has them and (usually) spending an order to place them.

Stahly wrote a very well done article on his blog taleofpainters with real analyses of the composition and rendering of the paintings.

It has actually brought one player back from indifference and not wanting to play to “oh, I guess it’s not too bad”. Hopefully some games can be had.

Pre painted scenery? Yes please. When? Where? Give.

At least he’s still around, wings clipped though he is.
