The technic used make it a fairly easy one to do.
Those are dots of grey and brown (same grey as armor, same brown as equipement) on the normal clothes colors, and then a wash of black to add shadows.
The most "complicated" is to have a good balance of grey and bown with nice patterns.
For example the Daofei as the same camo but the grey and brown parts are less mixed with each other and I find the final result not so well.
But it's only visible very close, so I shouldn't pay more attention to that :)
