Just probing the limitations of the squeeze to fit rules as the result of a discussion about moving an impetuous trooper. The FAQ that allows you to squeeze a gap uses the following text: “Any surface they move on must be at least half as wide as their base.“ It does not seem to specify what constrains the surface. Would it be legal to squeeze through a gap where one side consist or the table edge? Does this result in the trooper leaving the table? If so what are the ramifications of doing so? Secondly you are not allowed to enter silhouette contact with an enemy camo token can you squeeze past one of they have left a gap more than half your base width between the token an a wall?
You can squeeze past a terrain element and the board edge. You can't squeeze past enemy troopers/equipment.

Yeah having read that I do not see where is identifies what must constrain the limits of said surface? Is the gap between an wall and say a camo token not a surface? I'm not looking to start an argument just looking for the text that specifies why it can't be done.
A Trooper can move through allied Models, Markers, and Tokens, whose Silhouette Template height is equal to or lower than the height of the Trooper’s Silhouette Template. The Trooper cannot end their movement within the allied Model, Marker, or Token. General Movement Rules - Infinity Engaged State - Infinity
