Beginner ... I hesitated at first, since I've been painting for some years. But it is my very first painting competition ever, so I felt justified. ;D Also opted for the people's choice category.
The second generation Ghulams are really lovely models. I really don't need any more Ghulam minis, but they are just too beauitful to leave lying around unpainted. :D Here comes the first of the trio.
I love how they kept almost the same poses for these in the transition to N3. Although bandana-and-eye-patch Ghulam is definitely cooler than his replacement.
Yeah, I want to do a side-by-side comparison of these in their three stages to show off the progression. :D
Back to Aleph... Chandra Sergeant Thrasymedes has a pretty cool pose. And looking at his profile he's certainly someone I want to give a try in battle.
Two old Ekdromoi complete, which makes three in total. I don't think I'll ever use all at the same time, but they are nice to have. The HMG can stand in for the Spitfire profile.
Nice! The white/purple/grey works well and you've done a nice job with your white. I still have to practice with white.
Back to Haqqislam with the new Farzan model. I tried myself at doing a cloak effect inspired by the Paradise Lost trailer video.
I got a TAG Raid beasthunter as a birthday present from a friend (I skipped the TAG Raid KS), and now got around to painting him. The detail on him is really amazing.
