I'm not sure if this has already been posted, but it looks like we're getting an Infinity animated series with some pretty big names attached on the production side. Here's the panel announcement from San Diego Comic-Con: "The internationally beloved, futuristic tabletop wargame Infinity takes a galactic step into animation via the creative vision of renowned animation director Jay Oliva (Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox, Zack Snyder's Twilight of the Gods)—and you're invited to witness the first public screening of footage, get the scoop on the latest castings, and hear all the exciting production details from director/producer Oliva, Covus Belli founders Carlos Torres and Fernando Liste, producer Gutier Lusquinos, actors Zehra Fazal (Young Justice, Halo Infinite, Starfield) and Jason Spisak (Arcane, Batman: Hush), and casting/voice director Wes Gleason (Batman: The Killing Joke). Publicist Gary Miereanu will moderate the panel, and every panel attendee will receive a Comic-Con exclusive Infinity minifigurine."
Classic CB advertising, can't find this info anywhere online myself! I'm more interested in the exclusive mini for now, but I've always got room for good looking dystopian cyberpunk shows
Article is here : https://sdccblog.com/2024/07/breaki...o-comic-con-2024-schedule-major-rooms-by-day/ For the Edenthegame game, even when the director who had bought the franchise announced it on his Linkedin, the former owner of the franchise didn't want to communicate or confirm. It's often the production that communicates and never the rights holder. From what I understand, there's a conference on 07/24, so I guess we'll have more details from then on.
These are the images from the previews, it would be an animated series set on Bourak, with a civilian being hunted down because of a gizmo he's carrying around, and a hassassin has to save him. The antagonists look new (I can't find them), probably mercenaries.
The uniform looks like standard Ghulam fatigues, though if I wanted to blend in on Bourak I'd probably pinch a couple of those. I'm glad they're doing the story with one of the minor powers, I feel like they're a better starting point than Pan-O or Yu Hung.
They might bring it out for other cons, and related online sales, but I don't think that exact model will be for general release.
As a Tohaa player, I'm just glad they included a Clipsos in the trailer. I would have felt left out if not for that! I'm actually quite interested in seeing this series.
recap of what I've seen. New indexation of artworks from last clip : Spoiler: 1 Spoiler: 2 Artwork of new hero hassassin farzan : Kassad. Spoiler: 3 https://i.ibb.co/thyyK0Z/IMG-8921.jpg ------------------- The trailer for the new infinitythegame animated series. Infinity: Paradise Lost - Exclusive Trailer (Zehra Fazal, Jason Spisak, Raffi Barsoumian) ----------------- We're going for a Hassassin fireteam with a peripheral, and I've got the impression that there's a potential superhuman from the Ramah too. As antagonists, we'll have the umbras, some unknown troops who look like bounty hunters and a spiral corp guy. The presence of Nourkias also means the potential appearance of Lady Numiria and the continuation of their post-campaign story arc. Of course, she must be on nda, so she'll say no. ------------------ There have been articles : https://infinitytheuniverse.com/blog/paradise-lost https://www.belloflostsouls.net/2024/07/infinity-paradise-lost-new-animated-series-coming-soon.html ------------------ Last reac : Spoiler: + ------------------ Here's the limited-edition figure of the series' hassassin hero Spoiler: + It's a unicool plastic figurine, so given the few photos from CB's comic con, which don't seem to show many people, and the fact that unicool figs are rarely produced in 15-copy runs, you'd think we'd find this figurine on sale for gencon or black friday, just to clear the remaining stock. ------------- There's no info yet on the platform and form of distribution, but according to the studio's work history so far (which I've seen in the link below), they've always worked with these streaming platforms and so far there's been no dvd/bluray distribution: Netflix, Paramount+ and warnertv So it would be streaming only, and it's not impossible that the platforms will change depending on contract renewals. After all, the Arcane series finally got its DVD (out this autumn, I hear), but Arcane was originally very special, with the unique feature of being broadcast 1 episode a week, whereas Netflix usually throws up its content all at once. So maybe it's the exception that proves the rule that when it's on platform there's no dvd to wait for. https://lexandotis.com/ Concerning the broadcasting platform, on the last Corvus Belli facebook post, I saw in the background posters of the studio's series with the broadcasting platforms and then I saw that there's a curious youtube logo on the Infinity one, it's not impossible that it's broadcast on there https://www.facebook.com/Infinityth...cG4eaiJKJ9UefmVVMPVYMbzTBDX7dz4dBqA2BbqRG5Tdl
