To me, they are all similar. Humanoid robots. Gundam, Armoured Core, Evangelion, they are all similar. They are either humanoid robots / tags / suits or they are non-humanoid. Considering the old Tik, I am okay with this model.
I saw on the dark web that somewhere the normal version of the new tiklabang without effects was found, here's the picture. I liked the old design, it's unfortunate that CB feels forced to do a reset. It also looks like an EVA, which for me would have been better suited to the JSA in terms of faction art direction. I like the new Tikbalang design and I really hope to steal one with Total Control soon. Buuut... the colour choices lets it look like a squalo with swimmies.
Its not bad. Nothing spectacular. But a nice resculpt. Interestingly the video show as a pre-order window. Is it so important, that we have to do pre-order or will every mini now with pre-order? I mean, it will be available in regular shops anyway.
Stores like pre-orders because then they know exactly how much they need for customers. Otherwise they may need to guess and can end up having not enough for those that want them, or stuck with product that's not selling and taking up space.
The TAG looks cool. August kinds sucks if you are not a PanO and JSA player though. Hopefully something other than the two things we know will come out but it doesn't sound like it. I don't know what I'm complaining about since I've spent way too much lately lol.
Last August was also two TAGs (and a book), this August is two TAGs, a book, a 14 miniature starter set, and two new base sets, but only the two TAGs are for Infinity.
Looks nice, and I'll get one, althought I don't know what does it offer over the existing troopers available for JSA. I would've liked more to have some kind of air support (parachuist, combat jump...).
This moment understandable, because it looks like PanO is in contact with JSA. I could believe, that some panoceanian things were bought to improve their own industry. But yes. It would be in style conflict with other models. If excuse like above wouldn't work for some people. Transmutation TAG would be grate to see for sure.
Cool dude. Looks to me like a S6, BS13 TAG, this time with standard HMG and probably something like NBW to avoid crossover with the O-yoroi. Monofilament on a TAG would be cool and a first, but I don't know if CB has the guts to do it.
That's almost a Daiyokai with better weapons, I hope they give this new TAG something else to make it interesting.
