Conversion thread! what've you got going on?

Got the parts, so:

Red Fury is a 3d print, the backpack was molded off a Khawarij with blue stuff, and molded on the original hacker backpack.

Head and weapon swap to build a Jeanne D‘Arc in Heavy Duty TAG Raid Armor

 

Ashamed as I am, I'm planning to play some gml strats with whiteCo. To better represent the burden of the worst warcrome that is guided, I did a small conversion for a missile bot. I don't think I ever sawed through a bigger chunk of metal than the rock on his back XD

 

I love this so much! Amazing idea and execution :D

 

That is a really brave conversion, I would never carve that chunk of metal...

 

Are you building an All Joan Army?
Not going to lie I'd kinda like to see that.

 

Haha, no I am not. But Joan was kinda jealous because nowadays there are so many models with 4 arms …

However, since I have another Joan head available from the model I took the weapons from, I could consider building a Joan in light TAG armor, just like Maximus

Conversion of Bultrak without morat baby :

Moritz/ @MrMoe/ Bultrak, Mobile Armoured Regiment

 

Couple of ISS conversions (work in progress) from duplicate models.
Zhanying ML converted to HMG using a Hsien's HMG and some plastic model arms.
Hsien HMG converted to 'generic' Hsien with greenstuff, plastic arm, an alguacile's head, and Voronin's cigar arm. Bit more greenstuff work needed to match and neaten the arm, and I've kept the original head/helmet to add as a basing accessory.

 

@KGG I really, really dig that Hsien. So characterful!

The Zhanying is good too.

Both are so interesting that even if the feet are repeated in other models in your army it wouldn't look out of place.

I didn't like the head of the Kerail Preceptor, so I replaced it with the Greif Operator head:

 

Surprised I havent shared this conversion already. Its the old Wildcat HRL, arm swapped with Zamira Nazarova... I dont even know what I'd proxy it as, but it looked too cool to not build it.
Jaguar, ABH, dismounted biker -it will end up on the board one way or another

When life CB gives you a miscast and a mispack for your Marspiders, you do a conversion!


So one of the Spiderarms' Blades was not fully cast and the mispack happened to be the Jackboot Engineer's arms which lead me to turning that crippled arm into an useful tool arm - including that really cool ghetto style shooting technique
