Hello fellow enlighted! Being a kinda noob tohaa player, I'm only now realizing the pros and cons of the faction, and I'm slowly improving my game - in my last ITS I finished 2nd, my best placement to date ever, not only with tohaa. However, for a new event that will take place in june we will play frostbyte, and I can't make a list that I like. I don't usually play with HI's in tohaa, but I need one to dominate the exclusion zone, or a TAG. I'm leaning toward either neema or the ectros, but omg are they expensive for a HI with no visor or mimetism or AP weapons. The gorgos is... lackluster, at best. So, I ask you, colective mind, what should I do in this damn scenario as a tohaa player, or should I just pick another faction for this ITS? (And, btw, don't say the TO is a MTF for chosing this mission, because I'm the TO LOL) Thank you all!
i'd get a LT with two LT orders and an Ectros NCO with HMG. Stick him in a triad with a Makaul and some flavor of specialist and go to town with a 5 order triad. I know a lot of people hate the Ectros, but it's always been my MVP.

i usually stick the Ectros and his Triad in his own order group. with a 10 order main group and 5 orders for 2nd group, that's still 15 orders with only 13 dudes. the Taquel, sakiel, MBH and Greif will be in the main group and wreak havoc with the main combat group orders. i like to have some kind of hard hitter in each group.

It's a list meant to deal with HI and Tags. In order to acomodate the Gorgos I need to basically cut off an entire triad, but it's the price you pay for beauty.
