Finally got a chance to set up and play on the new Acid House cyberpunk set. Photos of terrain, plus a few glamour shots from the game: https://photos.app.goo.gl/tShB4ofkDPS1mHYg6 Overall impressions: - Super easy to set up and assemble. - Super easy to disassemble, and repacks into the original rather compact shipping box. There are none of the usual worries that the cardboard will tear when disassembled (as there usually is with most slot-and-tab designs). - Sad that the roads on the tiles are at 90 degress to the table; Would have preferred 45 degrees. - Looks really good on photos, the art is beautiful and very on theme. - Very sturdy, there is no worry that a metal TAG on a tall building will cause a collapse. - Very light, easily jostled by careless players. I'm considering looking into blue-tack for anchoring, but that will make it a lot more time-consuming to set up and tear down.
Good summary, I've had the same experience. I used the map tiles the first time with this terrain, but switched to my urban gaming mat on the second to have different angles: https://photos.app.goo.gl/d9WownaduD7KxoVMA
I brought my cyberpunk table to a tournament last week I added a few vehicle (printed from old antenocitis STL) and 10 "civilians" (10 transparent base, 40 to 60 mm, with 1 or 2 civilian and some scenery, played as blocking LOF up to S3/S4 height) I think I need to add one big vehicle (like a MAS bus) to block one of the 2 street that goes from one deployement zone to the other
