    I see the thread about timing of placement of deployables still echoes.

    Short answer is no, long answer is no, because you need to place the deployables the moment you make the skill declaration, you cannot have two deployales occupy the same space on the board, effectively this means you cannot place both at the same spot hoping that if one fails to land the other will.

    In the active turn.

    In reactive turn, you roll "more" dice to place a single element in "any" dice succeed. You cannot split different targets in ARO.

    About the B, you are not allowed to lower your B. B1 rolls 1 die. B2 rolls 2 dice. B459 rolls 459 dice. Not one more, not one less.
    The only exception is the Fireteam Bonus Burst that is optional.

    Double Shot is also optional.

    The thing that speaks to being able to indicate the same spot for two Repeaters is that they are placed at the end of the order, after all rolls have been made. Add to this, generally speaking, declarations and attempts are allowed to fail.
