But they still should provide their orders to the combat group, otherwise HDep lists are too balanced
Jokes aside, and getting back to hackers in general - what are your thoughts and experiences about hacker no longer required to be able to include Remotes?
It made some thematic sense, but not much functional sense, in the end it just reinforced killer hackers inclusion to the lists. Right now it is far better, in general if a unit makes other units to be selected with it naturally it creates a better list construction experience.
Functionally it had almost no effect on the game, the amount of times I see zero hackers on the table is so rare.
I have to check. You are aware that the Bit & Kiss profile you reference doesn't have a hacking device?
I dunno, I remember someone on these forums going on a "Nomads are leftists and this is why they never produce anything" rant who clearly doesn't understand the setting at all, this seems like the rules equivalent of that.
I do not remember it but it is quite plausible that has been posted by someone, a good indicator on why contemporary political discussion is forbidden. I also agree who said that has no clue what the setting is.
We cant say that about nomads. They are involved in a different services sector of human sphere. Of a different level. Each ship in their own way. Usually I feel myself not much competent to discuss gameplay (because I am on a very casual level) but this moments is a different thing. (I am happy, when it is an opportunity to talk about infinity world) But to not be absolutly off-topic I can say, that I miss some tricky and veeeery situational programs like the one that makes TAG throw away it's pilot. And Bit had it.
