Conversion thread! what've you got going on?

First Shakush done... now the other

 

I had the spontaneous idea to swap the Moiora's HMG for a Multi Rifle with E/M Grenade Launcher because that's my most played Profile and I didn't want to chop up my already painted nuns.


But because I thought that the gun alone wouldn't be flavourful enough I built her a grenade belt by using the wrapper of a champaign bottle and some hand turned polystyrene rod pieces... which took me way more hours than anticipated

 

Don't know if it counts. Here ist my modernised Yojimbo.

Conversion The Thing for captain unknown ranger

The Hulang skull face looks like he got lost on the way to Warhammer 40k and the warp sent him to the Infinity universe. I filed off the nubs on his head and (attempted poorly) green stuffed his face- filling in the eye sockets, face, and a nose job. To hide the poor green stuff sculpt I painted his face based on a Chinese opera mask template.

 

Seems like a perfect conversion. Goes to show what a paint scheme and a simple head change can do.

 

Dakka Ratnik

Managed to find different looking rocket launchers for the faust and the flammerspeer

 

Looks superb! Really gets the vibe of some loader mech fitted with guns.
Though I'd add some armor plates / broken armor plates so it looks old / battle ravaged and patched

 

It's the Molotok (+1B) Ratnik, not a Triphammer, so I'd prefer to keep the armature looking pretty well maintained.

 

That is a really clever conversion.

Adjusted the arms of my Triphammer, by adding Rockeater's arms to it.

 

I converted a spitfire Hexa

 

Love it! The head and arm twist makes her even better! Should have thought of it when I made the exact same conversion :D Also love the knife.
