Just wondering what peoples thoughts are on this situation. You complete the #20 classified and as the card states you remove the enemy HVT from the table. Should this affect the enemies ability to 'secure hvt' since they no longer have an HVT or HVT ZOC ? Otherwise I would think this makes it easier for them to 'secure hvt' since they only need to zoc your HVT and don't need to defend their own. Thanks for reading.
I'm not sure what the rules question is here. But yes if you remove the enemy HVT you can no longer secure it so your opponent has an easier time securing themselves
