Does Long Ya with Panzerfaust +1B have burst 1 or 2 in ARO? The rules wiki says burst is always 1 unless a rule or special skills change this, and gave example of fireteams. But it doesn't say anything about weapons with +1B. Is weapon +1B a special skill? Also right below the ARO burst rule is the MODs rule, which says in its first sentence "Both during the Active and Reactive Turns, there may be Modifiers (MODs) that affect the Burst (B)". Does this fall under rules/special skills that can change burst value in ARO? My gaming group is really confused by this.
Positive B is only applied to the active turn with sole exceptions been fireteams, Burst in neurocinetics and Martial artists, who specifically mention they are also applied to the reactive turn.
