To @Lady Numiria, Commissioner of O12, The Hachib has been briefed on the situation that is unfolding and the plans of O12 to utilize The Shimmering Sky uplink and tracking station as a weapon. It is unfortunate that O12 feels the need to utilize such a device in such a manner as its primary purpose is to maintain the fragile balance of the Concilium Prima environment and atmosphere. The concern of many of the technicians is the possible strain and breaking of the uplink. Haqqislam has long provided strong security of all their holdings and installations, and can assure the Oberhause that such a course of action is unnecessary, and indeed dangerous to the locations ecosystem. We do not want to give the Combined Army access to such an advanced and important site as this tracking station, let alone access to The Shimmering Sky Project itself.
