A Public Broadcast Addressed to PanO and The Galactic Community

The broadcast begins with a series of blurry images depicting Nomad forces engaged with PanO troops before shifting to Commander Desanges standing before a press conference.

Ladies, gentlemen and otherwise, my name is Commander Desanges, commanding officer of the 8 Working Angel CRRRC reporting under Nomad High Command. The footage you have just been shown is from a relief mission my men have recently executed to save beleaguered Nomad forces from unwarranted PanOceanian aggression. While we were able to save our men and secure the facility, we came too late to prevent them from kidnapping our beloved aquatic citizens.

The Nomad High Command condemns in no uncertain terms this breach of trust and wanton and unwarranted act of aggression against our nation's citizens. Worse, you've kidnapped our sweetest Morlock's one true love and made him cry and declare a vow of vengeance paved with bloodshed and loss. I hope you're proud of yourselves!

The Nomad Nation calls upon PanOceania to return our citizens safely and to turn over the perpetrators responsible for this grave injustice. We also ask that the greater galactic community join us in condemning this crime and assist us in the return of our citizens. We particularly call upon @Lady Numiria to exercise her authority as High Commissioner of O-12 with PanOceanian ties to investigate this matter, as we know from recent news and her Arachne subscriptions--you still haven't claimed that Pupnik by the way but I digress--that she is an avid support of interspecies romance.

We demand justice and hope that the galactic community will rise to the occasion lest we be forced to seek it out ourselves. Again. Thank you for your time.

I find myself personally baffled by this scandalous allegations, especially as that footage is clearly not of 37713 but a clip featuring one of the subplots of acclaimed Bakunian sensaseries Sea & Stars (available in Arachne on all major sensa services) starring the famous Candy Double and talented and handsome newcomer and ex-Nomad pilot Andrew Dolfine and loosely based on the exploits of an infamous O-12 High Commissioner who shall not be named.

We insist that you take our request seriously and provide real proof of the well-being of our pilots, or we shall be forced to take this to the highest echelons of O-12 leadership.
