What are peoples thoughts on this ruling? Page 29 - Evacuation mission - In the 'Activate Extraction Console' skill: "When Activating an Extraction Console, the player remove one of the CivEvaced Civilian or HVT with the Specialist Troop from the game table..." Do you read that as the civilian AND the specialist troop (pushing the console) leave the table [because of the 'with'] or that ONLY one attached civilian leaves [because a model could have two attached civis]?
I believe the use of with here is used here to mean an HVT that is attached to the Specialist and not as well as the specialist.
