Specifically for the Alcazaba buildings. Has anyone broken the plastic 'walls" that come with the kits and had success with Warsenal sending a replacement?

Also how do you slide them in without damaging them in the first place?

    Thanks,

I've built a few Xiguan kits that have the curved acrylic walls. I think I minorly cracked one in the process, but it wasn't really noticeable so I left it as is. The acrylic sheets are bendier than they feel. Just slowly add tension until you can fit them in their slots. I had to do it twice for every building because I would dry fit all the pieces, tear it all down, paint each component separately, then rebuild it with glue.

As for replacements, I've had them replace two things for me. The first was a 3D token that snapped in the mail; they replaced that for free. The second was a part that I had lost during assembly; they charged me for the shipping only (I'm not in the US, so that could have affected the decision to charge for shipping).
