Hi there, I'm planning to start a little Escalation League near Cologne, Germany. In terms of league rules, I am planning on creating a document similiar to the ITS Season 15 document. There are some questions here about the design of the ITS document: 1. The ball thingy in the background of the "New Order" title - what is the graphical effect called and how can I create it (I want to design a map of the region, in which the league should be played with this effect). 2. Is there a special font for the "glitchy" titles in the text? 3. If this is the wrong forum section, please just put the thread, where it belongs.
