I see more and more of my players using mobile app during league and casual games. Sadly mobile version is still not able to generate courtesy lists. This feature has been always a pain to deal with, since loading browser on mobile still redirects you to store website where you can download the app. Could you add something like saving a courtesy list to a pdf file locally so that we could send them to our opponents or a completely new feature of Courtesy Army Code that would let the opponent load the Courtesy list without all the Private info? Maybe even during Play mode where you could possibly keep track of your list and your opponents courtesy list. Second feature is statistics filters so that we can see how many BS14 and higher units does the certain army have? It used to work that way in N3 army app, but it's gone ever since we switched to Army7.
Go to the army web in the PC browser. Generate a courtesy list. Save the list, or print it, as a PDF file Send the file to your opponent using whatsapp or whatever. Or carry a printed copy. I've been asking better filters for years now, and CB has ignored it consistently. I hope you have more luck :(
Thanks for the solution, but I had it for years. I am suggesting to finally implement it in the mobile version, because it's a feature that would be amazing, but is still missing. Also carrying a printed copy sort of goes againt the spirit of playing on mobile to save on paper...
I know Mike has been working on printing lists/courtesy lists for a while, but printing on mobile is something of a dark art, especially with the fruity OS. He posted on a Facebook thread recently that it's something he hoped to have done this year.
Happy to hear, but maybe adding a feature to generate courtesy list code to view what we can see (like adding a courtesy list in Play mode so that we can flip between ours and our enemy's list) would be enough? Seems like a thing to do on a current system by adding tabs and generating new codes that strip the units from what is their private info (points value, SWC value, Lt, CoC, Counterintelligence skills). Then we wouldnt have to worry that much about the PDFs itself, however, they might still be useful to share lists with TOs and such.
